I have used Witopia on Mac Desktop and on my iphone for years. I had been having problems wth the app, so I looked into configuring the iPhone’s native VPN with ipsec. Well, I didn’t find online instructions to be very helpful, but support’s Mike hung out with me in desktop Chat for over 1.5 hours until I. configured successfully. So, good product (sometimes I have to change the location due to local disasters, but that’s OK; best to move around for security), great customer service, online instructions are eh.

It works perfectly, has the easiest to use interface, and after 15 years of testing others along the way I could not switch. Like everyone we look for quality products with great support. But who wants support, we want things that just work. If you need support they are there to help you all of the way and not leave you hanging. No AI, real people who can understand what your asking are on the other end for support.

I like that the app interface is straight forward and easy to use. I like that their customer service is available 24x7 and that if I have a problem connecting I’m able to reach out to them and find another method to connect (this has happened if traveling abroad where restrictions are higher) awesome vibe

I’ve been using Witopia for something like fifteen years now and couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve tried others and Witopia is unmatched for consistency of connection availability of locations in foreign places and also throughout the US. Their customer service is always available and knowledgeable!
