This looks like it would be a great app, if I could figure out how to use it. The app is mostly in English, but the site is in German. There didn't seem to be a translate button or anything that my sketchy German could translate as "help." I can't find my way back to the tutorial, but even that was minimal. I can't figure out how to edit the plan, except to add plants. Even that is not easy; if I change my mind, then what? I feel like I'm being pushed to view and adopt other people's planting plans; what if I don't want to? The social media aspect of this is the only part I can figure out and that doesn't interest me. Charles Dowding likes it, though I notice he doesn't share his garden plan, so I'm holding onto it for now, in hopes that future versions will be friendlier to anglophones. I would actually spend money here, if I could figure out how to use the app and what is being sold on the site. It looks good, but with little English and no tutorial, it's nearly impenetrable.
Hi there! Glad you found us and sorry for your troubles. Of course, we have an English version of our website, the switch is on the top right corner for desktop and in the menu for mobile. Charles has published two templates on Fryd, you can view or copy them as you like. It would be super helpful if you could contact us via support@fryd.app to figure out which other problems you are facing, we're currently working on redesigning the tutorial, for example, plus I will be uploading more English tutorial videos to YouTube today. Hope you'll stick with us in the meantime!
