Different and awesome

So lately it’s a buggy. I sent 5,000 Sats that never made it to my lightning wallet. I’m sad about that. ALL ELSE. If it keeps going, I LOVE IT! I work and utilize this app for walking around up and down stairs & I double up with ads… If I wasn’t so lazy & so tired after work I’d play more games & surveys which is a cash cow ! It seems .. if all goes well! Airdrops or cool competitions more often to dedicated users would be cool opportunities. Loyalty rules here! I love it! We will see how the future rolls… If it can sustain the same reward ratio and hopefully adjusted for BEST for us! Let’s go!!

I have been using this app since 2022 and I tried lying to myself thinking that it would be worth the effort to continue walking to earn a few Satoshi every day. I could then use this to work my way into cryptocurrency. What started as an experiment that was inline with my goals has turned out to be less than favorable. The wheel is rigged to fail and so is the castle. You will never get more than 5 and you get a cute popup that says welp you can’t win them all. Statistically 1 in 6 means a small chance of a favorable outcome but after 2 years of rolling the dice I am going to find something else to waste my time doing. I’m am not happy about leaving your app because it has been very rewarding to believe that it would pay off but it hasn’t. Your entire app needs a revamp. There is no support option and I can’t find my friends. I will be suggesting that they remove your app as well. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Thanks for your feedback, we take it seriously. We are constantly adding more ways to earn Bitcoin, especially so you can earn and win higher amounts on the games. Shopping rewards can also earn you thousands of sats per purchase. Same with Arcade rewards, which unlocks a Bitcoin Boost to earn double sats for steps. Feel free to try it out, and stay tuned for more updates with more rewards!

Can't withdraw

This app uses some non-standard method for sending sats that requires you to "create an invoice" in your wallet app (what??) and then return to the sMiles app, which gives you no way of conveying the "invoice" to the app...either that, or you have to use the "default wallet", which cannot be determined by you, but is Cash app...which also offers no way to receive BTC or any part thereof without buying it or direct depositing it, presumably from a bank account; either way, neither app simply gives you a wallet address to or from which to receive or send BTC. So there appears to be no way to withdraw your miniscule earnings (that amount to a fraction of a penny and are therefore essentially worthless anyway).And then once you figure all of this out and choose to delete your sMiles account, you are never sent the confirmation email that is required in order to close your account.The app was fun to use, but it turns out there's no point in using it, so it's just a waste of time.

“Buggy” and not really worth it

Been using this app daily for about a month and today is probably the last day. The app supposedly rewards you with sats for steps, which would be great if it actually synced with fitness trackers that accurately track your activity, but alas it relies on the phone or Health app for your step data. If you don’t hit 10k steps you get 1-2 sats for the day. There is a wheel you can spin every 12 hours (if you remember) but the vast majority of the time it gives you 0 sats. Feels rigged. Then today I actually landed on a slice that says 1000 sats and was instantly disappointed to see I was only rewarded 1 sat. I messaged their social media team to see if I could get some help rectifying the error (with screenshots) and they told me it’s a bug but no fix cause they’re working on it. Needless to say, its been a terrible experience and there are other apps out there that are far more rewarding and reliable. Wouldn’t recommend you download the disappointment with this one.

We do have an Apple Watch app, which syncs with sMiles through the Health app. Please try it out. The current cap is set at 21 sats / day.The fortune wheel will get significant improvements over the next updates.
