I am a long time player; I had uninstalled the app because at the time it was very hard to level up even after spending money on booster packs. After awhile I reinstalled the app, and found the game format was changed, making it easier to level up. I play every day. I like the new format - gameplay, collections, rewards, etc, but the main thing I still don’t like is the timing at the end of the round ( and timing collecting animals); I have been denied untold number of bingos because I get bingos on last number called, but even though I immediately hit the bingo button, and it shows the number of bingos left on the counter, I get message of round over and my bingos don’t count. I maintain bingo credits and power ups; I also see this issue when getting power up on the last number called, (and a lot of times it is the instant win), but the game ends before the power ups are applied - they just disappear. It is very frustrating.4/20..So I installed the update and am participating in the new card collection..I got a pack when I started playing, the hosts said the packs are random but I’ve been playing most of three days now, and even though I have leveled up a few times, bought the hippo bundle, and played four cards with multiplier, I have not seen any packs. Lpb rewarded me with 500 bingo credits for the facebook problem, and I have gone through the 500 plus credits purchased and I’m not winning. I’ve played the high multiplier and not won all cards. That, and the fact that the majority of power ups have been coin also losing bingos at the end because of not enough time to process power ups or bingos

The five stars are for the hosts and the community . This game can be the most fun, but it needs some serious upgrades.. for one prioritize, your bandwidth!!! There is nothing more frustrating than betting 25 or 100 multiplier and having your game go to please wait and do the little loading spin when the host can still be seen and heard and the chat is still moving and everything else is functioning but my cards! I know that the game can be played for free, but the reality is most don’t. and no point should the host be prioritized more highly than the balls and the cards because we come here for fun and to relax, but it is not fun or relaxing to lose so many credits all the time literally all the time! I cannot count how many OG players I have seen recently say that they are so over this and as much as I love the hosts and the community I’m with them I’m ready to walk. And while I’m here, I’ll just go ahead and say this the owners are getting insanely greedy and it’s going to backfire on them giving out free credits should be done more often not less game show round should be every hour if possible rewards are what keeps the butts in the seats and the fact that the people who pay the most are losing the most, and now can’t even win because the algorithm is so thrown off is insane, there’s a lot of things you need to put back to the way that they were. They have been some good upgrades lately, but there have also been a lot of really bad ones. it might seem like it’s working for you right now because of the community bit that I was mentioning before the OG players will stick around for a while because of the community but there comes a point where any person has to draw a line and the greedy people that run this game about to find out where that line is and how long ago they actually crossed it.

OK so I downloaded the game I wanna say about threeOr four days ago and I have been planning everything it was working fine up until I reached a level 11And it started last night I login in and it’s wasn’t lighting up I don’t who you contacted about it I play for sheets and it was not lightning up at all so I lost because I couldn’t keep up with all the numbers because I was playing with four sheets now I login in today and all three times it did the same thing again today and All I want is my account credited back because I pay for my power ups and my extra sheets and all of it and I lost it all due to the fact of this glitch or what ever is going on and I been tryingTo get in touch with someone from support but I’m not getting a reply nobody is responding back so at this point I’m just like I’m bout to delete this bull cramp and forget the game because if I’m gonna be spending my money I want to be able to play fairly with out this cheating mess like it’s working for everybody else like why am I having a problem and it’s not working for me but I just seen that another person is having a problem with the tv app likeThese glitches needs to be fixed immediately and I won’t lie account credited back before I play another game ever in life is four times a child and jack me out of my Bengals or possibly even wining the jackpot because it seems like its rigged like fix my account it’s like no soon as I make it a lil far now I’m having problems This is totally unacceptable

I thought that maybe you might have to be a certain level to start winning NNNNNNOOOOO all that happened was I use all my bingo credits on playing 4 cards like they say is the best way to win and losing it all the also tell you that the higher your multiplier (the more bingo credits you spend on cards) the better the rewards I spend 30 credits on 4 cards and win 3 bingos but just to win 10 to 15 credits back. While people that pay real money are winning 2 to 3 Jackpots every other round. If you like sending people real money to play a free game then this game is for you. But if your like me please don’t wast your time or money on this game.
