Paid for a lifetime subscription and membership a few years back when it was called a different company and now it's not letting me access my previous account and lifetime membership. This was a couple years back so not sure how to proceed. I've seen and heard of this happening before.Follow up:;Finally was able to restore a past purchase and now able to access my previously paid iOS application.

Still the App crashes since last Review they made two updates but it still crashes 99.9% of the time I hope the developer do something about it also the strange thing is they never reply to your review or even apologize to inconvenience that they’ve caused to you I don’t know how to put half star or even less that’s what this App deserves .

The app does exactly what it is advertised to do. Now to get out of the three day trial 1. Open the Settings app. 2. Tap your name. 3. Tap “subscriptions”. (If you don’t see Subscriptions tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions, and tap “Subscriptions”.) Thanks for the help.

BE CAREFUL!!!! This app advertised itself as free and pushed itself in front of my efforts to scan some docs. It made it nearly impossible to read the ‘fine print’ or to close the predatory advertisement. After a few frustrating clicks it started to install itself on my phone and only after installation did I see it would have charged me a flipping $15 per WEEK!!! Heck no. Deleted app and cancelled subscription IMMEDIATELY. It’s sad that companies do this, and the executives can sleep at night. I don’t care how well this app works, cuz for this reason alone I refuse to use any app from this company.
