Laggy UI in iOS devices

I am a very early user of Rokomari. Since 2012, I have been purchasing books from Rockmari. Their service is unquestionably excellent. Sadly, Rokmari has not been able to create a functional mobile app in all these years.I visit the website to purchase some books. I noticed on the website that app orders are eligible for free shipping. Therefore, I download it. However, the shipping fee is not discounted at the time of checkout. Then I tred using the card information and provided the OTP. Eventually, a white screen appeared. There is no way out; the app must be closed.Also, the entire application is slow. The interaction with textfields is cumbersome.I hope the developer will investigate these problems.

They Don’t Check Stock Before Taking Orders .

Yesterday, I ordered a USB hub from Rokomari. They accepted my order, but suddenly today, they notified me that the product is out of stock — even though I had already paid in advance. Now, they’re saying the refund will take 4–5 business days. How unprofessional is that? They didn’t even check their product inventory before taking orders, causing unnecessary hassle for customers. I needed the product urgently, and now they’re neither providing the item nor refunding the money instantly. It’s truly disappointing. Please think twice before ordering from Rokomari, especially if your order is urgent.
Review can be faked

Its a trusted site but the main problem is one can easily gibe review without buying the product!!! So reviews can be faked. So, the authenticity of the product can’t be verified. It should be accessible only for those who buy the products. Rokomari should change this system in the app. And using vouchers are way more complicated, and points are easily deductible and it can’t be used later ones deducted but didn’t use.
