With EzyBooks V3, users can:
Securely log in to access their assigned service tickets.
View daily schedules and upcoming jobs.
Clock in and clock out for attendance tracking.
Apply for and manage leave requests.
Update and edit assigned tickets with job completion details.
Add service items, labor hours, and inventory items used during each job.
Capture customer signatures directly within the app.
Collect customer ratings and feedback upon job completion.
Once a technician submits a completed service ticket, the information is instantly available in the EzyBooks Web Application, where administrators and accounting teams can review the job details and seamlessly convert the completed ticket into an invoice.
