My Mom and I purchased a couple of ear rings from the Tanishq store at the Ambience Mall. We had a great experience. Mr Sachin Thakur helped us look at the beautiful selection they had and showed a lot of patience and kindness while we took our time in making our decision. He had good product knowledge and we certainly valued his attention to details. At check out Ms Anshika Singh was very helpful with the formalities. Along with a lovely collection am glad our shopping experience was par excellence as well with helpful, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming staff!

HiI have always appreciated Tanshiq’s work and professionalism as a group In the wake of incidents that have happened recently, request you to take down Deepika Padukone as your promoter owing to her social standing and in general Bollywood stars have let down their own community by not standing up an supporting each other and resorting to unlawful/ restricted items for pleasureWe as customers, don’t want to have such folks being projected as role models for a Tata company which has stood for its values through a century now!!We would prefer seeing a common man rather such stars who are not stars in realityInstead a common man is a star in all ways for family and society and has no time for vested interestsThis is not only just my personal opinion but in general you would have witnessed it on several social platformsIn specific I wouldn’t purchase any of the items which Ms Deepika is adorning and instead look for all other items We feel about this stronglyRequest you to consider the same and promote your product with folks who have dignity and enough social standingThanksSmita

Trying tk update to latest version but app is stuck in a loop and constantly keep me taking back to app store and there is no way to upload the recent version. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but Message popup to update doesn’t go away

I was about to place an order on a diamond bracelet (which was on 15%off for 1.05lakh) , when I was logged out and now I can’t login back to my account . And they changed the price within 1 hour . Now it’s 1.24lakh . Contacted customer care through WhatsApp multiple times but their service is the worst I have come across . Every Jewelry of our family is from Tanishq , but not anymore ! I’ll take my money elsewhere .
