myPaT is a companion app that supports and migrates most of the powerful features in the PaT Desktop application to your mobile phone or tablet.

• Task Manager - The workflow design and the PaT Task Engine ™ supports a powerful task module that mimics how high integrity individuals manage tasks with a live chat feature and deadline negotiation function that forces users to iteratively improve how they manage tasks.

• Document Store - Via user permissions, access your organisations documents, SOPs and Policies. Works with all common file types
• Web links - Access all your favourite webs sites in a customisable menu.
• H&S - Manage all of your Health Safety requirements, conduct safe walks, do Hazard and Accident identification on-the-fly, access hazard registers by site in real time and manage investigations on your phone.
• eLearning - Do your eLearning on your mobile device, open and study pdf documents, sit and pass on-line quizzes.
• Audits - Conduct practical audits on your staff to validate comprehension, carry our surveys, do safety checks on vehicles or even conduct a full blown H&S review which could produce a 20 page report for the Board or Management team. All using your phone.
• PaT Strategy Documents ™ (PSD’s) - Manage projects, staff reviews, meeting minutes and workflows. If you evolve PSDs into your organisations CRM you can extend the capability and use your mobile app as a communication platform for your clients, manage and advance tasks, make calls, live chat and send videos.
• PaT Notes ™ - whip out your phone to quickly take notes, things to do, record meeting notes, store your passwords, favourite movies or binge worthy TV series, birthdays and reminders. Convert Note topics into PaT Strategy Documents ™ when you are back at your PC or laptop and convert note items into tasks on-the-fly.
• Bulletin Board - Post and review posts on the Bulletin Board which is the home page on your PaT App, acknowledge staff for going the extra mile, posts jokes, advise of upcoming events, broadcast company updates, celebrate births ,promotions and anniversaries. Insert images, videos and embed content, put in links to pdf files, other web pages and make comments and like or love other peoples posts. Users can even comment on comments made by other users.
• Admin - maintain your profile pic, passwords, emergency contact and medical details so your organisation always has this on file, live.
