The tutorial sets where you start; clear each depth at 85% from memory, all the way to 7-back. FIVE WAYS TO PLAY • Play: an adaptive session that keeps you at the edge of your level. • Daily Challenge: two minutes, one attempt a day, scored against your usual. • Speed Recall: one depth, a shrinking clock, three lives. • Climb: from just below your depth upward, one depth per stage, three lives. • Practice: any depth, picture set and pace, with hints and nothing at stake. YOUR SLEEP AGAINST YOUR SCORE Connect Apple Health and Simply Recall shows last night's sleep and HRV beside each Daily score, against your own usual. Over a few weeks of Dailies it shows how your sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, caffeine and steps line up with your Daily Challenge results. Health access is optional and read-only. The app never writes to Health, and nothing from Health is sent to us or to anyone else. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No ads. No analytics. Your rounds, rating and report are stored on your device, and you can export every answer as CSV and JSON. Made for iPhone and iPad. WHAT N-BACK IS, AND WHAT IT ISN'T N-back is a working-memory task that researchers have used since the 1950s. Practice makes you better at n-back. Studies disagree on whether that carries over to other abilities, and Simply Recall makes no medical claim: it is a game and a measure of your own play, not a diagnosis or a treatment. SIMPLY RECALL PRO Simply Recall Pro is one auto-renewing yearly subscription. It is required to play beyond the tutorial and includes all five modes, the Daily Challenge, the brain report, Apple Health insights and data export. If you bought the original paid app, Pro is yours for life: use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically each year at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. This update gets you to your real level faster and tells you more as you play. • Good players skip the easy rounds: the tutorial places you, and help fades as soon as you prove a depth. • The game says when hints are on and a round isn't rated, and every result ends with one clear next step. • An interrupted Daily resumes instead of being used up. • Last night's sleep and HRV beside your Daily score, against your own usual. • Brain report insights appear only when your data clearly supports them. • Clearer words throughout, and fixes.
