Using this to get my daughter a ride. Communication is great with the company they address concerns and reply in a timely manner. I had booking issues booking ahead but they walked me thru and helped me out. Had to cancel twice to re-book and fix address. Maybe an edit ride option but refunds came asap and I was able to situate my daughter. She is comfortable and driver is/ was friendly. Definitely a five star rating but app still has few minor tweaking to do. Otherwise I using this for my daughter over Uber. RATES ARE GREAT as well. Leaves room to properly tip drivers.

Now to be clear I never used the app before. So can’t speak to the booking or things like that. But I tried to submit the following information via the app and got a requestor_id error. I then filled out my profile to help it and it still showed. The thing I wanted them to know is: I notice I have bookings in past and had one unassigned although I have never actually used the app before to my memory. This means I’m probably seeing someone else’s data which discourages me to use as who will be able to see mine. I’m sure it would just be a bug but it’s a scary one all things considered and wanted to make you aware as it had make a difference in my user experience. I do think besides this it’s got a good price in ATL. The NYC prices had to be a joke. But then it says test so also probably not meant to be used. I really hope these issues gets resolved so this can take off. Now after this review my account was banned….not sure if this is a coincidence but kinda messed up considering.Update: response to developers answer.I also had notifications of someone else’s ride as it was happening. Messages from the driver. I love the idea of this app but if I was anyone else I could have cancelled it out of concern since these rides are attached to my login (which goes between being banned to allowing me to login randomly). Also I wish the communication did not need to happen via Apple reviews. I really wanted to just leave a notice of the bug then to have to do it this way. I have screenshots of me being banned then renewed then banned then added again. There’s some bugs which is fine but would be best if I was able to have those messages sent to you directly for feedback then using App Store.

That error you received was associated to a disconnect between the Twilio messaging platform and our server. Your data is not exposed or compromised on any level. You can actually sign into the app with no issues.
I pre-booked and paid for an early morning airport ride for my wife using this app, which is an excellent and much-needed service. We woke up an hour before the ride was to arrive and we were alarmed that there had been no notification or indication that this ride was going to be here at the scheduled time. Checked the app and it showed as "unassigned". At 5am, the scheduled arrival time, we got a message saying that it was canceled. This put us in a tailspin trying to find another ride for her from a different service. She's on the way to the airport now, 30 minutes late and it's not certain that she is going to make the flight now because we were notified far too late to react. This is unacceptable. If the service has limited driver availability, we should have been notified not only at booking but also repeatedly updated in advance so that we could prepare an alternative arrangement. I sincerely wish the best for Her Ride and I believe that women need this service but unfortunately we will not be booking with them again.

First, this app really is a great concept. I would love to use something like this. However, I haven’t had any luck in getting it to work. I tried to pre book a ride from the airport to my apartment. When I did this, I set the pick up time to 7:50pm to give me enough time to get off the plane and get my bags. When I confirmed the ride, the app had the pickup time as 6:50pm, which I would miss due to my plane landing after that. I cancelled the ride (because there is no way to edit the details once you book) and tried to re book but the app once again tried to make my pickup time an hour earlier then what I set. I reached out to the help center and got no response. I was hoping once I got connected to a drive I could explain the situation, but about an hour before my flight no one accepted my ride so I just cancelled it. Maybe I’ll come back and try this app again in a few months, but for now it’s just taking up space on my phone.

• Side menu — tap the new "Events" item. The full list should open
with both "Tickets" and "Pre-book Ride" buttons on each card.
