The SMB Online app gives you an up-to-minute view so you can stay organized and make good financial decisions. It's fast, secure, and makes life easier by giving you the tools you need to manage your finances.
Here's what you can do with the SMB Online app:
Alerts & Notifications: Set up alerts for low funds and incoming transactions, and receive convenient push notifications, emails, and/or in-app messages.
Payments: Make payments to companies and friends.
Transfer Money: Transfer funds between your accounts.
Deposit checks: Take a picture of the front and back and deposit it in a snap.
Manage your debit cards: Easily turn your card off and on if you've temporarily misplaced it. You may also activate a new card, cancel one that is lost or stolen, and set travel
notifications right from your app.
View statements: View and save your electronic account statements.
Add Tags, Notes, & Images: By adding custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check, you have the ability to stay organized and find exactly what you're looking for when searching through your transactions.
Support: Locate ATMs or branches and message SMB Customer Service directly from the app.
SAFE AND SECURE
The SMB Online app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you're banking online. The app features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access. You can also secure your account with biometrics supported by your device - fingerprint or facial recognition.
GETTING STARTED
To use the SMB Online app, you must be enrolled as an Southwest Missouri Bank online banking user. If you currently use our online banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same username and password. If you don't currently use online banking, get enrolled today by selecting "Enroll now" on the login screen of the app.
App works great, unless your phone just stopped being updated…..

I loved using the SMB app until it stopped being compatible with my iPhone 7. (Days ago, and without warning) I’m not planning to upgrade my phone right now so I’m completely out of luck and ended up deleting the app. I opened up a different FDIC insured online bank account and now get a better interest rate and can effortlessly transfer money if needed. (Like I used to do on SMB’s app) It’s a shame that this has happened because I do like to support local, but as I am the primary bill payer and budget builder, not having instant access to my balances or being able to transfer anything while traveling was a huge Nope for me.Long story short: as long as you have a new phone, this would probably work for you.

We understand your frustration. While our app requires a minimum iOS version for the security of your financial information, you may still login on your phone through a mobile browser like Safari to view balances and transfer money. We appreciate your business and hope to serve you in the future.
Transaction Notifications

Hello, I would like to provide some feedback on the application. Is there a way to allow the app to only have push notifications and not sending it as a message? I know the app gets littered with a bunch of transaction messages for which you have to clear them out each time, but other banks that I use just have a push notification that comes through and you don’t have messagesinside the app clear out so it’s like you have to clear them out twice. That could be implemented?

Thank you for your feedback! To ensure our customers receive the alerts they set up, when an “in-app message” alert is sent, a push notification is delivered for convenient and timely communication. Meanwhile the alert is also available in their Messages within the app. This ensures they receive the alert if the push notification is dismissed or if they have push notifications turned off. Alert messages will expire from your inbox after a period of time. These are different than conversations you might be having with our customer service within your app. Conversations will stay in your inbox until you remove them. We will pass along your feedback to our developers.

I love this new update! Everything about it is great and much better than the old app. The old app was so behind in regards to features/design compared to every other bank it was ridiculous. I like how you can now process external transfers through the app and also do eCheck deposits using your camera as well. As well as a bunch of other features. The new look and feel is great as well A+ on the design. 👌🏻

I love this new update. Only issues I’ve found are accounts are too easily removed from the dashboard. No big deal tho because you can just message to have the issue corrected. The second issue is in the transactions, it would be great to be able to choose to see just one account instead of all. Overall SMB’s new app is just as good as the bank and people who work there.
