• Calls now connect more reliably, whether you're making or receiving them. Even when your phone is slow to wake the app, a call that's already ringing carries on, and the next call rings on time. • Outbound Method settings and the picker shown when you place a call now include a note: whichever method you choose, only calls started in the Switch app are logged and recorded. Calls dialed directly from your iPhone's built-in Phone app aren't. • Bottom tab icons are now as easy to see as their labels. When there's something new in Updates, a red mark appears on the Account tab and on Settings inside it, so it's easy to find.

• With "Declined or unanswered calls" turned on in AI Settings, calls you don't pick up within a set time now stop ringing and AI answers them, just like calls you decline. These calls no longer show up as missed.

• Tapping a name or number in search results, the Contacts tab, call details, or the AI list now opens the same call history screen. Your calls with that person are grouped by date. • On iOS 27 and later, disabling SKT call forwarding now shows a short guide for dialing the code from the Phone app. The code is copied for you, so just paste it on the Keypad and tap the call button.

We've made usability improvements.

• Even after your subscription ends, you can go straight to Manage subscription from Account to change your payment method or check your billing history. • The payment method screen is easier to use. You can change your card at any time, and we'll ask you to confirm before removing one. • Small usability improvements, including an easier-to-see, easier-to-tap Manage subscription button.

• Fixed calls that were left in your recents as a long number starting with 00. You can now call back straight from the call log, saved contact names show up, and calls with the same person group into one row. • Call search now has a period control. Pick the last 1, 3 or 6 months, or choose your own range. • When a search fails, we tell you why instead of showing it as no results, so you can shorten the period and try again right away.

• Fixed an issue where you couldn't hear anything during a call. • Fixed an issue where calls could end unexpectedly. • Search now also looks through your AI summaries. • You can see at a glance when your AI is answering calls.

• Subscription management now shows your current plan, billing cycle, and next payment date, along with the scheduled end date if you have cancelled. • Added information about carrier call-forwarding service before payment. • Fixed cancellation guidance that referred to menu names that did not exist. • Card registration now shows progress and error states while the page loads. • Fixed a crash that could close the app during a call. • Fixed AI answering transfer settings so they work as intended.

• A redesigned AI settings screen — meet your AI, manage its knowledge, and set AI answering hours. • New: "Transfer to a human" — when a caller asks, the AI hands the call to you. • Handed-over calls open in the standard call screen with live transcription, and transcripts show who said what. • Recordings still being prepared now say so — and become playable the moment they're ready. • Wording refinements and minor fixes, including an audio issue on some calls.

• Contacts sync is now automatic. Once you allow access to your contacts, your address book stays in sync on its own — no more tapping the sync button. • Contact details beyond names and numbers, such as emails and addresses, are now stored accurately. • Stability improvements.
