Tixly Scanner is a fast and secure barcode ticket scanning app that enables you to scan tickets at your venue using the camera on your device or with a compatible Bluetooth scanner. Simply log in and start scanning. All information is synced with Tixly’s Box Office system.
Light and dark modes are supported so you can easily read your scans in any environment. Turn on your device’s built-in flashlight to make scanning easier in dark areas.
The app shows all relevant ticket information on screen, including scan status and location, entrance details, section number, row number, seat number, price zone, and ticket price. The app displays warning messages, vibrates the device and plays sounds if there is a problem with the ticket scanned.
Scan tickets, products & membership cards. Scan multiple tickets in the same order at once. The app also offers an unscan functionality.
Search for customer orders if they have problems with their tickets or barcodes are unreadable.
Kiosk mode is supported for special hardware solutions.
