*** Livre des recettes calculates your revenue
The app lets you view your annual, quarterly, monthly or custom-period revenue. It also calculates your projected revenue for the current year, your total expenses, and your gross and net profit.
*** Receipts and expenses by period
You can view the amount of your receipts and expenses by year, quarter, month or even day. You can also export this data as PDF and CSV.
*** Revenue by category
You no longer need to calculate your revenue by category to file your monthly or quarterly URSSAF declaration — the app does it automatically for you. It also estimates the amount of contributions you'll need to pay.
*** Statistics by client
The app automatically calculates the amount of revenue for each of your clients over the selected period. You can also view the list of receipts by client.
*** All your receipts
All your received payments are recorded in the app and synced across every device you use it on. You can also search your list of receipts.
*** Receipt details
You can view the details of each receipt: the payment date, the client, the amounts excl. and incl. VAT, the VAT amount, the payment method, the URSSAF category and the sale description.
*** Managing purchases and expenses
The app also lets you manage your expenses and purchases the same way as your receipts. You can also search your list of expenses.
*** Export data as PDF and CSV
You can export all your receipts and expenses as PDF and CSV. You can also create a custom export, for example for a single client and period only.
What is a "livre de recettes"?
Every micro-entrepreneur (auto-entrepreneur) must keep an up-to-date, chronologically ordered record of receipts, containing:
- The amount and source of each receipt (identity of the client or company)
- The payment method (bank transfer, cash, cheque, etc.)
- References to supporting documents (invoice numbering, notes)

The app offers a free version and a Pro version. Pro subscription pricing may vary by country or local currency. Subscriptions will be charged to your bank card via your iTunes account. Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You cannot cancel a subscription once it's active. You can manage your subscriptions in your iTunes account settings after purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each renewal period and you will be charged via your iTunes account.
