Everybody can use a little extra motivation. Do you want to track your habits to keep yourself accountable, but the apps you have tried seem too complicated? Emojical gives you an easy and fun way to track anything you want during your week and month. Set goals for yourself and reward yourself for reaching those goals.
You decide what you want to track on your calendar with stickers that you can create with emojis. The only limit is your imagination. You can track your exercise (running, yoga, soccer, etc.), or what you eat (veggies, sweets, etc.). Or, you can track your emotions during the week - was your day good or bad? Were you irritated, happy, angry? Then give yourself a sticker to record your habits - it’s as simple as that!
Once you figure out habits you want to track and start recording them - you can define your weekly or monthly goals. Goals can be positive (like go for a run at least 5 times a week - or more!), or negative (limit your drinking to 3 nights a week). Emojical will reward you with the goals you reach every week and every month. You can track your goal history, monitor your success, and start creating a better version of yourself, day by day!
