I really love the clothes from Indya, so much so that I ended up placing 3 orders in a span of 2 months. But I do not understand why a good credible brand with forward fashion outfits will choose a brand ambassador, aka Ms. Kapoor, whose credibility and fame is highly dubious in nature. Mixed experience- app is good but product quality is questionable

This was not my first time ordering via this App, but this time I felt cheated as the product in category is not even close to what got delivered. I reached out the customer care but there is no response. Also there is no option to rate the product on the app, so you can’t share your feedback or see others review on their product.Delivery takes more than 30 days. I ordered by September 30th for Diwali celebration and order got delivered after Diwali. The main saree from my order is still pending delivery . So if ordering for an occasion, please order at-least 2 months in advance. And be careful of the product, you might order an apple and get a pear instead.

I placed my order on 5th July and it was supposed to be delivered by 16th July. It’s now well past the expected date and my order hasn’t even shipped yet.I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and they keep replying with the same message — “it will ship in 24–48 hours.” This has been going on for days, and no one has given me a clear update or any solution.As an international customer, this is very disappointing and unprofessional. I expected better service from a brand like Indya. Unless this is resolved quickly, I will not be shopping here again.

Please please stop using AI to create pictures of models wearing your clothes. It is extremely deceiving because the actual product is not like that. We can figure out which ones are used with AI. So stop it. I am extremely frustrated scrolling through the app to find actual images of your products. You’re just losing more business by this. Also please add customer reviews section. It helps to make buying decisions for your customers
