To assist with the cleanup after Storm Johannes, we’ve integrated the Swedish Forest Agency’s latest map layer into Global Forester.  This layer highlights the areas with the heaviest storm damage.  You can find more details about the map layer on the Swedish Forest Agency’s website.

Correction of an issue that has caused extended download times for images on the Mavic 2 Pro and Mavic 2 Zoom drone models.

An update featuring several improvements to the core application, making working with Global Forester even easier, faster, and more user-friendly. • Optimized interface for iPhone with a variety of major and minor improvements. For example, the detail panel showing information about objects on the map now covers only half of the screen, with the map displayed underneath. • Ability to view compartment descriptions directly by clicking on the compartment number on the map. This mirrors the existing behavior for other point objects on the map, saving time and clicks for users reviewing multiple compartments. • iOS17/iPadOS17 are now the oldest system versions supported by Global Forester. • Numerous other minor improvements and adjustments have also been implemented.
