Inspection & reporting tool
If the location context of your site photos matters, choose SiteCam. The SiteCam mobile app is an easy-to-use camera app that streamlines photo collection from the field, with location context. Pin photos to plans/blueprints and maps to improve your photo documentation records, better communicate defects, and produce more insightful project reports to stakeholders.
Discussing a site issue and it gets buried in the chat? In SiteCam you can Tag people in comments linked directly to the photos, their notes, and location context to better communicate job updates, requests for info, required tasks, etc. Our notification system takes them straight to the conversation, with context so they can understand what you’re talking about, and get you answers quickly.
SiteCam is built to help with your field documentation so you have the records you need for project scoping, condition assessments, site updates, photo evidence, and issue flagging. Photos are automatically timestamped and GPS-stamped to improve your evidence records.
Add value to your site records. Tag, describe and categorize photos as you capture them to ease reference, search and reporting. Photos that your team adds are synced online and instantly accessible on the computer via the SiteCam web app.
Cover yourself with photos of before, during, and after work is completed. Track changes through time by adding update photos to a Capture Group Timeline.
Turn a selection of your site records into a detailed photo report in minutes, not hours. Photos in SiteCam can be sent to our report template, ready to edit, share via a URL, or download as a PDF. Reports include photo locations on your plans, GPS information, timestamps and your notes.
View your team’s photos by location, using map or plan views, or scroll through the gallery. You can search through photos by date, tags, record type, description text, and more. The AI search within the app allows you to search using the contents of a photo that has been analyzed and auto-tagged.
Capture construction defects or snags, with markups and descriptions of what needs to be done. Pin each defect to the plan to show exactly where work is needed, all clearly shown in your report. Add update photos to a pin to record evidence of how an issue has been fixed.

SiteCam has is an outstanding tool — especially the ability to pin photos directly onto a floor plan, which makes site documentation incredibly intuitive. The interface is clean, responsive, and makes progress tracking easy across multiple projects. If I could change one thing, it would be to have a bit more flexibility to customize certain features for our exact workflow needs. Even so, SiteCam will likely become one of our most useful field tools, and I’d highly recommend it to any team managing on-site projects or documentation.I’m most excited about where this can go. If it had the features of company can, alongside the pin to plan feature previously described… it would be amazing!
Great for us
Kuehne HVAC
We have used this app everyday since we downloaded it. For us being able to snap photos, share them across several accounts with folders inside separate projects makes it so easy to create professional reports. Work photos are now all in one location and not mixed in with my personal ones. Being able to create folders for specific installs where we used unique materials I can now find it fast and quickly bring it up to show a customer instead of scrolling.I downloaded the free demo and quickly realized the value it brings to me and my company.
Highly Recommend!

This software is fantastic! I often do site inspections on construction sites, and this software has saved me countless hours and produces very professional reports. Their customer service is very responsive and helpful. I love the annotation tools, the ability to tie inspection photos to an exact location on the floor plans, and the many options available when generating a report. I am grateful I found this solution, and would highly recommend to anyone doing inspections or punch lists on construction projects.
Amazing App

Hi all, this app is very easy to use. I’ve already gotten feedback from clients about the use of site maps being amazing and adding context. This is a great app and the founder and co founders are very nice and responsive. The interface is very intuitive and is fast once you get into a routine. I use this daily due to daily photos being required by the client, so this app lets me organize and label all areas of the campus I’m leading. Thank you site cam for making it possible.
You are now able to move photos from one project to another using the Bulk Actions function.
Editing info for photos in SiteCam is now easier, as your filter state is maintained during edits. So you can keep editing photos with a certain tag, or keep adding descriptions for photos from last week.
This build also includes bug fixes and performance improvements.
