Every time I try to place an order I get a validation error, which is really frustrating because it doesn’t save any of the info I put in and puts a pending charge on my card but the order disappears and it won’t accept it.

The app has trouble pretty much across the board. There are frequent bugs with logging in, adding an address, scheduling a job, etc. After hours of trying and debugging, I eventually had to give up.Things seem to be even worse if you’ve been around for a long time. They transferred user data incompletely to a new database, so old payment cards cause errors on all their platforms.
