Couldnt even access the app

After signing for an account on the app and after almost 5 days of no response or confirmation , i check with the bank for them to tell me that i dont have a new account application. After getting my accounts by visiting the branch , i wanted to access the app and after following all the steps i got to the part where i had to put in the otp and for 3 hours i didnt get the otp and couldnt complete the sign up to access my account through the app.
