Fixes for an issue where filtering of large numbers of customers was causing performance/crashing.

- Adding the ability to prioritize customers flagged for review and provide feedback as to when those reviews are complete. - Adding support for viewing and editing Rural Municipality information for customers.

-Additional logging/error handling has been added to detect crashes and prevent them when using customer search. -The customers list is cleaned up to have less empty space between lines. -The customers list automatically sorts now based on a fixed criteria, starting with if you are the primary, secondary, or tertiary salesperson, and then by the customers display name. The sorting by sales person wont affect most people, but for RSMs, this will help since they will be seeing any customers directly assigned to them along side all of the other customers of their TMs (eventually we will have a better oversight feature that shows grouping by salesperson but this was a quick change). The customers screen indicates 1st, 2nd, or 3rd level salesperson on the screen for reference. -New salespersons being added now require fewer manual steps in the SharePoint site to setup. -Added list context option (swipe list item) to delete customers and customers equipment. It is a virtual delete meaning that the data is not lost, just hidden from view and marked for manual review/consolidation while we sort out all the data. -Added version information to the loading and about screens. -Added Equipment Search when editing existing equipment to allow for refining equipment types. -Added retry handling to traffic between the app and SharePoint so that connectivity issues can be better handled and recovered before failing for the user. -Customer Equipment Planning screen update to support more text sizes.
