For accounts purchasing the Auto Monthly Subscription, the fee will be automatically deducted 24 hours before the expiration time each month, and the validity period will be extended by 1 month.
If you need to unsubscribe, please open iOS Settings, tap AppleID, and then tap View Apple ID to enter the Account Settings page. Then tap Subscribe and select VooV Meeting Pro Auto Monthly Subscription to unsubscribe. Breakout Room Problems & No Support

I used Tencent meeting successfully for a full school semester. Then the breakout rooms went buggy. The existing breakout rooms I created previously are working. However, I cannot recreate breakout rooms. I need to use the existing ones I created before the function. For two of my classes, I was frantically trying to solve the problem and deleted the existing rooms (12 rooms) and so now there are only two existing breakout rooms for those classes - I have over 40 students. It's useless now. On top of that, I've searched the internet for solutions and tried looking for a customer service selection and couldn't get any support. The "Feedback" button is also not working so I can't provide feedback to anyone. Perhaps someone will read this review!

I have tried to create my VooV account several times hoping this is fixed. So, I am an expat living in China. I have only a Chinese cell phone number. When I try to create my account, it says, “No, if you are a mainland China use, you must use Tencent Meetings.” However, Tencent Meetings is not in the US APP store where I get my Apps! So, therefore I cannot use Tencent Meetings nor can I use VooV. Kind of a big problem for all of the teachers right now in my situation trying to teach our classes using software that is stable in China. Zoom and Skype are not that stable. So, what am I supposed to do?

There are so many features and some zoom don’t even have. For example zoom has the “touch up my appearance” feature but this app also has many more features in touching up appearance, not just smooth. I also really like the super cute avatar. The ones that zoom have are not as cute. The breaks are also very good.

This app is the same as zoom if you are interested in using this application and you can do a break mode and have filters and it is great for China-USA meetings but only thing is the wifi connection ain’t stable. This may seem a better choice for china- us meeting but if you like stability i say zoom is better
