Personally, I think some more beta testing should undergo but it’s not my app. I paid for the monthly subscription, I only login when I see a new fight and when i try to watch live or even the replays it wants me to subscribe again although i have a plan. I contacted customer service 3 days again and no response. This caused me to miss a live event again while trying to entertain family and friends. So i cancelled my subscription. I will probably come back later but hope if they can resolve my account issues. I also was unable to cast ti my device although all my other apps would allow me to cast just fine. BKFC itself is great it’s just the app.

This app is completely broken especially on smart TV’s. The app will work completely fine on my small smart phone but anytime I want to get watching fights on the big screen the app always crashes, or tells me I have no subscription even though I’m logged on. I actually had to get a whole new tv because the BKFC app crashed so hard it glitched out my 70 inch smart tv and completely crashed it and my tv broke. So the app has already costed me almost a 1,000$ dollars in damages. Do not add the BKFC app to your smart tv I promise you will regret it. And they have no help team it’s just a bot name miles that does nothing and they will send you emails constantly saying they can’t help you. It’s a mess. I’ve been logged on before to watch fights and when clicking on the fight to watch and then says you need an account to watch this eventhough I’m logged in. It’s crazy how many problems this app has. I had to pay for 2 accounts one month because the app just deleted my account somehow on accidental click and it didnt ask me if I was sure or anything I just clicked the wrong thing and it immediately deleted account that day that minute eventhough I still had like 21 days left on that account because I was paying monthly, but nope it took my money and took the service. This is all a shame because BKFC is absolutely awesome but there app is a complete scam and no one is working on it to make it better if anything it gets worse. And I’m the idiot who keeps coming back and that’s because I truly love the sport but this app has really tanked me bad

I’ve read alot of comments about people having issues with this app. I think it might be peoples devices/tvs. I work 3rd shift so sometimes I will catch a live event while I’m at work either on my phone or tablet. Never had any issues with the iOS version of this app. The only time I sometimes have an issue is I have a Roku tv and if I am watching a replay on Saturday when I get home from work it sometimes will freeze and I will need to just fast forward 30 sec or so and then it will play normal again. Would definitely recommend the app to others and love BARE KNUCKLE. NEED TO OPEN UP PENNSYLVANIA!!!!!!!

I love Bare Knuckle TV, but not it’s customer service! Bare Knuckle switched its app. I down loaded the new new and attempted to log again. Can’t log in. I get a reply my email doesn’t exist! When u go to bare knuckle tv customer service it a bot named Miles! Miles can only handle simple tasks. It could not help me log in to my bare knuckle account I signed up for in the apple App Store. Miles will pretend to help you but take you round and round again and again asking for the same information and giving you the same incorrect answers! Their is NO customer service phone number or email address where a human could assist you! Unacceptable! Now I must make a difficult decision to cancel the bare knuckle tv I love!
