We have added Google calendar support. You can now connect your Google calendar directly from the app so that your appointments appear automatically on your existing calendars.

Minor UX updates and improvements

The latest version of Real Happy has some neat new upgrades for showing scheduling. It is now possible to block specific times on a recurring basis for a property just like you do on a smart thermostat at home. You can even stack time blocks on top of each other or remove them at any time. We have also made a few small bug fixes and overall user experience improvements.

New features to Real Happy include a new notification system and the ability to filter statistics by a date range. We have also included the ability to tap the contacts name requesting a showing in order to contact them. We’ve also made some minor bug fixes.

In this release we’ve made additional improvements to speed and performance.

At Real Happy we have made further improvements to the user experience to help agents looking for easy to use showing scheduling. We’ve added in-app onboarding to allow new users to customize their profile and set their default showing settings. Manually adding a property now has the ability to add further information or showing settings as part of the creation flow, saving the user time. Showings now has a new look, using a tab structure to allow agents to tap between their showing calendar and showing requests. The requests tab will default open when you have pending showing requests. The showing will now indicate if a showing is a 1st or 2nd showing of the property for that user. Contacts will now sort A-Z by default which gives the user a new ability to select their sort preference. Appended the form type with form name on all form responses. We’ve also fixed a few minor miscellaneous bugs and issues in this version.

We’ve been busy at Real Happy, a ton of upgrades have been added to our latest version as well as a few bug fixes. Pretty significant improvements to the in-app user experience. Owner portal V1 - your owners can now accept showing requests directly from their own mobile website portal. Real Happy will send a text an owner or occupier when a request is made. Auto showing - you can now set Real Happy to auto approve property showings, perfect for empty listings. Text showings - each property code can now be text to receive a booking link. MLS / property ID - Property sites can now display property ID or MLS IDs. Simply add them on your property settings. Booking page views - Statistics tabs on properties now include the number of page views a property has had.

We’ve been busy adding new features to share with our users to help improve the property showing and lead capture processes. All property pages can now have their color customized to suit the branding on your website. Property pages now include photos of properties and include driving directions. It is now possible to display the company or office name, contact details and logo on your property pages instead of agent avatar and contact details. We have also addressed numerous user experience improvements and bug fixes.

In this update we have added a default Covid-19 screening form for qualification forms when scheduling showings as well as made a number of UX improvements and minor bug fixes. It is now possible to share an automatically generated QR code of your property listings site.

User experience improvements: We have made substantial user experience improvements and completely reworked the layout of the property section to give you easier access to the various tools. New qualification form type: Qualification forms allow you to specify specific questions and qualifying answers to allow a user to book a showing request. Ideal for leasing to enable you to only receive requests from qualified leasers and suitable for Covid-19 screening questions. Qualification forms allow for multiple choice questions. Property details: It is now possible to add additional information about a property including, price, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and a description. This information will display on your property site. Lead capture: For contactless open houses, the system will now allow the automatically generated QR code to be shared as a PNG image so you can use it in your own printed material. We have also fixed a few small bugs and issues.

We’ve added the ability to send SMS or emails to any clients or agents registered with a property. Great for sending notifications about price reductions or additional information about a home. Another enhancement is the app now has easier access to your property showings link as well as adding showing links that can be shared for individual properties. We’ve also addressed a number of minor issues and made some user experience improvements.

New showing reminder feature and UI updates for showings

New features are here already, we love getting input and suggestions from our users! Real Happy will now automatically generate a you a web page list of your properties that you can share to allow people to schedule showings from their phone or computer, you will automatically be notified of the request which you can accept, modify or decline from the app. Declining a request will send an SMS advising the user. It is now possible to schedule a showing without sending an SMS confirmation. We’ve also fixed a number of bugs and miscellaneous enhancements to improve the app! You can also now mark properties as available or unavailable, removing them the properties list and form selection screens.
