So unlike a lot of other apps for keeping your day to day routine and activities organized this one offers so much for free and I just erased majority of the comment I had previously because I went to the app after commenting and realized so much more about this app just how much time and energy it must of took to make sure it targets people of all sorts, this app isn’t just for one thing I can count on it for so much more than the other apps I have I typically have a bunch of apps an delete one by one until I find one that works for me an eventually it goes an I start over lol but it offers more than the others it’s all the others put in one an that’s just the unpaid version I feel like the only issue is me not being dedicated enough for all it offers if you let this app help you I truly believe it will

I’ve tried several of these personal wellness apps and this one is by far my favorite… it’s simple but great, and the gamification makes it more engaging than many I’ve experienced. I have run into a few bugs and things that are a bit of a nuisance. First, I’m not sure I fully understand how the streaks work, but it seems to be tied to the completion of the “supertasks” rather than completion of the whole day’s plan, so it can sometimes be frustrating when I get everything done but it doesn’t count in a streak. Second, I’ve run into some of the tasks (most notably “Rate your day”) that don’t stay completed or never mark as completed. I’ve also notified that tasks in my “Evening retro” will reorder themselves, and one time the “Rate your day” grayed out as if it was locked as some others do. It’s worth saying though that despite all this, I’m still a subscriber because the app is great and paying great dividends for me… I definitely get a lot out of it, warts and all.

Great for Beginners

I actually canceled my subscription to this app because it only focused on things i had to worry about five years ago on my fitness journey. I’m a bodybuilder, and exercises like “lift weights for five minutes” or “try some yoga” or “take an outdoor walk” are very unhelpful to me now on the part of the journey that I am on. However, if you are somebody who is basically sedentary, and looking for small ways to improve your life, this app is a great coach. But if you already have a ton of friends, a supportive and loving family, maybe have your own successful business, and participate in sports professionally… this app may not be as helpful to you. I still give it 5 stars because it is fantastic— it just wasn’t for me personally.

But we completely understand that everyone is different and has different goals - which is why we actually included a feature of creating your own personalized habits. These personalized habits work exactly the same way that the preset ones do - except these habits can be perfectly adjusted to your needs and interests. For example, you could create a habit for bodybuilding (as you mentioned). If that would interest you, you can create a personalized habit by going to the "Today" page -> going to the "My Habits" section -> clicking on "Add a habit" -> clicking on "Create your own habit" -> edit the habit's name, icon, frequency, and other settings -> clicking on the "Save" button. I paid for this app right when I decided to get sober, and honestly, it has helped me so much in my recovery that I would be here all day promoting this app. I use it faithfully everyday and it has taught me so many wonderful things as well as push me to do better things for myself at this point in my life. I am forever grateful for this, and for the first time in a very long time I have 60 days of complete sobriety, and loving every minute of it. ❤️After over a year of sobriety and feeling confident about it I was cured, I thought. I quit using the app and honestly, among some other reasons I started using again. It’s a yr later and I decided to get the app again and it really does make such a difference. Times are difficult, so I cannot get the paid version, but it does offer enough to help me win the battle within myself. I had the paid one before, and it really is one of the best apps I have ever had. It’s so worth it. I know that I can maintain sobriety as long as I use the tools that are available.
