遠距傷口諮詢系統為恩主公醫院、居家及照護中心所使用的遠距傷口紀錄諮詢系統，提供醫護人員以一致性的照護觀念，紀錄傷口資訊，建立整合性服務。於醫院端，院內相關的醫師群及專科護理師，可經由此一系統平台的傷口資料庫查驗病患的傷口歷程。於照護中心遠距的傷口諮詢服務，照護中心的護理人員可藉由此系統與醫院的醫師及專科護理師保持雙向溝通聯繫或提供遠距照護傷口建議；相關醫師及傷口專家亦可經由此系統給予傷口諮詢照護的建議回覆。此外，對於出院後的病患回到家中後，也可以受到遠距傷口紀錄諮詢系統提供的DayPass居家照護服務，讓病患即使回到家中也可以享有傷口遠距諮詢的服務。
