Selecting the right groomer for your dog is just as important as deciding who cuts and styles your hair. Finding someone who cares for your dog’s maintenance and wellbeing, as well as someone who provides the particular services your pet requires, is paramount. Ask around the community, ask your friends and family which groomer they depend on to deliver quality care.
Once you find the perfect groomer for your pet on our app, contact them to ask the questions you have. You will be met with an enthusiastic person happy to help! Some examples of questions to ask your potential groomer include:
What special services do you provide in addition to standard services? Ask specifically about what you would like your pet to have included in their grooming session.
Do you have experience with the specific breed of my dog? If your dog has a temperament that is not typical for the breed due to a medical condition, make sure the groomer can accommodate this readily and easily.
What training do you have that qualifies you to perform the additional services? The amount of training a groomer has received can vary depending on where they learned and how they learned if they attended a school or went through an apprenticeship. Are you trained in first aid if my dog needs it during a session? Do you carry your first aid supplies with you, or is this something you request a client to have on hand?

I’ve used the Pawsh app multiple times now, and each time I’ve been paired with a friendly, professional groomer who is prompt, thorough and great with our dog Luke. Appointments are available quickly, it literally could not be more convenient. I especially love that Pawsh groomers take home 100% of their earnings. The pricing is clear and I’m happy to pay a fee to the platform knowing the groomer is earning a fair wage, and my overall costs are very reasonable for the convenience this experience brings to my life. They booked me an appointment with a groomer who didn’t show up, rescheduled, then didn’t show up for the rescheduled appointment either. No communication or anything! I reached out to get my money back and got a pat response by text. Waiting for a callback, as they took my money and there’s no way to get a refund!! Will be reporting this company if they don’t make it right. Update: Developers don’t answer their phone or return messages. It’s been DAYS. Apple shouldn’t allow scam operators on their platform. I see from other reviews that I’m not the only one who got scammed. Thankfully, my bank reversed the charges and I found a great local groomer instead!Further update: this developer is accusing me of deliberately attacking them with no reason. I have PROOF that I was charged $12 and change and also that I called their customer service number to get help. Nobody answers their phone and I left a voicemail that wasn’t returned. Don’t hit out at your customers; it’s a very bad look. Fix your crappy customer service and refund people’s money when your contracted groomers are no shows. You’ve been reported to my bank and to Apple for this behavior.

Hi, this sounds not right. In cases like these we immediately refund the $6 booking fee. We never charge you for the groom before the appointment. Please reach out to our customer service and they will assist you immediately. Update: This seems to be a blatant attack on Pawsh. We never received a call or an email from you and we don’t even have an account on your name. Stop targeting small businesses and trying to tarnish their reputation.

It’s wonderful to have someone coming to your own house to take care of the grooming of your furry four legged kid. The app is very easy to use, it gives you various options. I found the best groomer, she is extremely sweet and treats my cat with su much love, I even was able to scheduled her once a month. She cleans up the mess after the service and I don’t even have to worry about having cash handy…she gets paid through the app using my registered credit card info. I can even tip her through it!. Best idea, best service app ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would avoid this. My experience was that they kept saying they were promoting really heavily in my area, but I was barely getting interested clients. Eventually I didn’t need this service anymore, but couldn’t log in or retrieve my login info at all. The guy who runs it is overly personal and will text you, try to make appointments with you, etc and it’s unsettling. He even texted me because I got a random request after ages and I didn’t reply because I cannot get in to my account. Like please work that in to the system and don’t bother me. He tried getting me back in to my account and couldn’t, then said he’d contact me soon and never did. It’s all very messy and very hands on in a way I am not comfortable with. Reading other reviews, it looks like he doesn’t handle negative comments well either so I’m super excited to hear back on this one.
