I appreciate the hard work the developers are putting into this app to make it accessible in English. The previous version was a bit janky, but they’re on the right track here. Keep mirroring the simplicity seen in apps that Westerners are accustomed to, and you’ll be successful. Not to knock Japanese design, but if you want to attract more Western customers, you’ll streamline interfaces into the 2020s. You’ll be the dominant carrier amongst international users if you stick to clean design.

This app makes you login every-time you need to use it to scan for points. I think it’s on purpose so you don’t try to redeem points when purchasing something.
