I tried to purchase the app several times and all time it was showing that an error occurred . So I stopped trying and kind of forgot about it until 5 months later I decided to check my card transactions and noticed that during different days once or twice per month I was charged around 15$ from a weird webpage. ( not even stating that it was this app). It took me quite a while to investigate what kind of webpage and why my money was pulled out . There was no note or email that I was registered successfully on my email or that a new transaction has happened. Absolutely nothing ! Just taking around 15$ a month. When I finally got the idea what it was - I contacted the customer support where I was told that it was basically my responsibility , that I put the card information etc. which I would agree if there was a small notification, a letter , an email saying that this webpage will pull out the money soon. Not in a sneaky way …..

They took my CC information smoothly enough but the app doesn't function. The first step is to grant permission for location and check always. Both are prechecked in the app but clicking Give Permission goes no where. So unless I get a refund to my CC I've wasted $13.

Do NOT purchase this app or pay for its services. It’s a scam. My little sister was missing for 2 days and I tried to use this app to track her phone. I paid $14 just for the app to NOT help. It’s a dead end! Throw this app in the trash!!!

This app doesn’t even work. I had my husband drive somewhere and I tried to track him. It did absolutely nothing. I’m asking my bank to dispute this transaction and get my money back!
