zanadio ist mehr als eine Abnehm-App und unterstützt als "App auf Rezept" (Digitale Gesundheitsanwendung) bei der Behandlung von starkem Übergewicht. Das Programm ist wissenschaftlich fundiert und wird auf Rezept verordnet. zanadio ist geeignet für Patient:innen mit einem BMI 30-40, die mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind und bei denen keine Kontraindikationen vorliegen (z.B. bariatrische Operation innerhalb der letzten 3 Jahre, Schwangerschaft) bzw. diese ärztlich abgeklärt wurden. Die Anwendung setzt nicht auf kurzfristigen Verzicht oder Verbote und ist somit keine klassische “Diät-App”, sondern nutzt die langfristigen Effekte einer Verhaltensänderung und kann mehr als nur Kalorien zählen. zanadio ist ein digitaler “Health Coach”, der dich dabei unterstützt, mit neuen und gesunden Gewohnheiten langfristig und dauerhaft dein Gewicht zu reduzieren.
Die App ermöglicht die automatisierte Verbindung mit vielen gängigen Fitnesstrackern und -apps, wie z.B. der Apple Health App.
Die zanadio App ist für Nutzer:innen kostenlos nach Freischaltung durch einen Rezept-Code nutzbar.
