To use the O2 Digital Banking app, you must be enrolled as a Old Second National Bank digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.
The camera feature is awful. It says to tap in order to take the check picture. It does not work smoothly. After tapping a few times then suddenly it will turn on the flash to take the picture. This causes the phone to shake and will possibly make the picture unclear. The system that WSB used was actually a lot easier and overall a far superior system.I am sure nothing will change but I thought you should know.Ian Goldberg

I just switched from US Bank due to a lack of branches near me so I was very surprised and impressed with all the features available on O2 digital. The iOS app is useful and modern looking too, but my only complaint is that depositing checks is way more complicated than US bank. The “For Mobile Deposit” endorsement is not very clear and doesn’t work sometimes

I’ve been with Old Second twenty years now and have had pleasant experiences throughout. I moved out of the area but didn’t want to transfer banks and Old Second’s mobile/online banking has allowed me to keep my accounts where I WANT them! In the rare occasions online banking didn’t work for me, the personal bankers have went out of their way to assist me in getting things done.
Great except for remote dep issue

I like the capability of the app to access info and to execute transactions. I do not like how remote deposits are rejected because I supposedly did not write “Mobile Deposit Only Old Second” on the back. Except I did, in big block printing. I make the letters thicker and it usually helps. A couple of times I have had to strike thru the original and rewrote it much lower on the check. I really wish they would fix this.
