Had something missing from my order, customer support was literally beyond useless, there was only 3 employees and none of them could comprehend simple sentences, would’ve had better luck communicating with a wall.Absolutely do not recommend this app, if you do use it, please check your orders before the delivery driver leaves.

I ordered last night and today from Survv both orders arrived late and what made worse that I received pick up notifications then after 40 mins and 1 hour I received my orders despite both restaurants in 15 mins range by car. Very disappointed by your customer service and drivers
