The good news is: the "service provider" category is also available for debit mandates. CHANGED - Usually, nothing breaks when you uninstall an app from your phone. It’s just an app and you can always reinstall it later on, right? Right? Well, let’s just say that our app doesn’t work like that. Why? Because it’s not just an app. With the Memo Bank app, your phone becomes a trusted authentification device. Unfortunately, if you uninstall our app from your phone, your iPhone loses its "trusted device" status. To pair your phone with your Memo Bank user account back again, you then need to call your banker. This makes senses from a security perspective, but there was no way for you to know that until recently. So now, we’re adding a new "welcome back" screen in our app to help you pair your Memo Bank user account with our app when you’ve just reinstalled it. But here’s our advice: just keep our app. Don’t uninstall it. At 8Mo, it’s probably the lightest app on your phone anyway. So no need to toss it even if you don’t use it that much. - We changed the "internal transfer" icon. The new one still conveys the notion of internal transfer, but in a better way.

NEW - If you granted your colleagues the permission to create or delete virtual IBANs, you will now see that very permission in the list of permissions granted to your colleagues. CHANGED - Calling all typography lovers: we've adjusted the line height of some of the titles we use in our app, mostly on our validation request screens. - We used to display phone numbers as blocks of numbers, without proper spacing or anything. Not very easy on the eyes, right? Well, not anymore, because we now use proper spacing when it comes to phone numbers. FIXED - All the validation requests you receive on your phone now use a specific layout to improve their readability. Some of them were still using a default layout but that wasn't optimal so we fixed it.

NEW If you use Memo Bank with several companies of yours, we now display the name of the company linked to some of the validation requests you get on your iPhone. That way, you always know which company you’re dealing with. No more confusion. If you opened several current accounts for your company, the name of the current account linked to some validation requests now shows up on your iPhone. Again, no more confusion here, unless you go ahead and rename all your accounts to something like “Mystery account”. It’s a joke, don’t do that, please. CHANGED Before, when you changed the text size in your iPhone’s settings, our app would have a hard time adjusting to your preferred reading size. We made some progress here. Now, whether you choose to set your iPhone text size in BIG or small type, our screens follow along gracefully. FIXED When you tried to pair your iPhone with your Memo Bank user account, you would get an error sometimes, but only if you were running your iPhone in a 12-Hours date format (AM/PM). Weird, right? Well now it just works, no matter which date format you’re using.

This will be useful if you get a new mobile phone for instance.
