I put money into the app before I knew that even when standing in front of a sports bet machine it doesn’t let you place a bet. So now I have $250 I cannot withdrawal because it hasn’t been wagered. I can’t wager it because the app will not let me no matter where I am at or what my settings are. So I guess I just lost over $200 that will never be spent because the app won’t let me. You’d think that since they advertise it so heavily that the app might actually function or that customer service might actually talk to you. What a joke. That’s a $250 mistake that I will never make again, might as well just use Kalshi at this point lol.

Genuinely the most outdated app design and worst support I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve been trying to withdrawal my money for the last month and there as so many ridiculous verification steps and requirements to pull money out. The customer support is horrible and it feels like I’m stuck in 2010 using the app. I hope this app and the company goes bankrupt because if you like sport betting, there are thousands of options that are better than this garbage.

Multiple people complain that they deposit money into this app and are never able to bet with it or even bet with it. The machines work just fine but what is the point of an app if there constantly errors, verification that takes forever, lack of good or helpful online support. Never saves your bet slips either. Not that even seems to have a purpose. I just want my $40 bucks I deposited back or least let me gamble it away.
Nothing but issues, constant troubleshooting

I can never get this app to work. I’ve had to delete and download again several times. Always an issue, then if you can get it to work you have to go to a kiosk. Montana is so far behind in the sports betting game. The current betting setup is in efficient, un reliable, and an embarrassment. Due to having to troubleshoot issues I have lost out on 1,000’s in winnings on bets I couldn’t get to place.
