・未送信件数が100件以上の場合、バイタル登録はできないようになりました。
・未送信件数の画面表示を変更しました。
・施設区分２で利用者を検索することができるようになりました。
下記内容で機能改善しました。
・一部マスタが存在しなくても、マスタダウンロードが完了するようになりました。
・画面表示を変更しました。
・体温のソートが正しくなるようになりました。
・バイタル機器の接続IDの先頭`0`の場合でもバイタルを受信できるようになりました。
