Vtalk provides more accessible and flexible counselling service brought to you by four centres under the Youth and Family Services Section, Community Services Division of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals. The video counselling service is designed for their existing service users.
The four centres which provide Vtalk service are as follows:

TWGHs Integrated Centre on Addiction Prevention & Treatment
