For the personnel insured with the United Nations Staff Mutual Insurance Society , the UNSMIS Mobile App allows you to:
• View your credits
• Generate attestations and share them via email
• Have access to an e-card, thus removing the need for a physical card.
• View past reimbursement advices and claims submitted, filtering by insured person and year.
• Submit new claims by scanning and uploading pictures directly with your phone’s camera.
• Contact UNSMIS directly through the online form.
• Submit a Claim now tells you clearly if you can't submit a claim yet (for example, if your bank details are missing).
• The app now lets you know when a new version is required and takes you straight to the store to update.
• Clearer message when the service is under scheduled maintenance.
