My banking app does not ask for OTP so many times. Its annoying to have so much security features built in into a streaming app.Appreciate all the features but why do I need my phone always to see something on my TV? I hope you will make it more user friendly.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. There’s hardly any new Tulu movies added to the list since I bought this app almost a year ago. I will never renew my subscriptions. Total waste of money. I wouldn’t give even 1 star!, but there’s no option to submit this review without taping to rate. Hence 1 star. To be honest it must be rated 0 star.
Doesn’t send OTP

I have tried all my cards. This app doesn’t even send OTP. And I already paid for the subscription for a year. But I still can’t login. Viewers like us want to pay but your app is so bad.
