I do really like the new audio controls and the more modern look. A couple of UI comments-the old library flow was much nicer. One tap took me directly to the last chapter I read. Now I have to tap on the book, then type on continue reading and also advance to the next chapter. -need a quicker way to return to the library. Once I’m done with the chapter why do I need to return to the book summary page then to the library? The about page and recommendations are nice but not something I need to see twice a day-in dark mode the grey on black lacks contrast. I would recommend making the total chapters available a different color-Sometimes it’s hard to tell if a new chapter has been published. It would be nice to have a better indicator that new chapters that I have not read are now available. I sometimes see a blue dot on the upper corner of the page but that doesn’t seem to consistently show when new chapters are there so wasn’t sure if that is supposed to indicate new chapters

I decided to download the app to see how it is compared to the direct site, and I am impressed! Once you go into a book to read you can customize it to your liking with several easy to read fonts, change the background based on how bright the area is around you, and all of the chapters are in an easy to find format which actually surpasses the main site in an easy to scroll through way instead of having to leave the chapter you are in and going to another page. The Karma is much easier to locate than the original site as well, and the best part of all is that despite having ads, they haven’t been placed in disturbing and disruptive locations. Thank you very much for giving us free and easy to read stories translated to my native language. I have been reading for years and I’m not sure how much reading I would be able to do without it. So a special thank you to the translators and obviously the writers, and finally the people who have maintained this server through the years and kept it amazing.

It’s a great app however It doesn’t have many female protagonist stories and most of the ones they do have have bad reviews. Also I only read completed stories so I can’t take advantage of the “champion” feature. Wish like with the champion feature there were a $5 and up subscription to choose where we could get points and free access to a story chosen by us for like a month or something. Maybe more stories depending on the subscription. And if we don’t use the free story or points that month it could stack. Have had other reading apps where if you don’t use the points they go away even if you still have the subscription so I cancelled the subscription it was a waste of money. I hope this app could get a subscription like the champion feature.

So I myself, like most other people discovered this app from the main site itself. I’ve been using this for 1 year ish and I love everything about it. The way going to the next chapter is so much easiest than other sites, how there is little to no adds while reading, and all the comments while reading just made all the better. I only have 2 main complaints, first is that there really isn’t any “social media” thing like discord etc, I could find on the app, and secondly, finding new novels to read after your last one. I’ve already finished around 13, latest being DE and I’m back to waiting everyday for new chapters and it takes a LONG time for me to invest in a new book. Maybe it’s just me but I can’t find a selection where it shows “all the books” the site has to offer. Good day and keep doing what you’re doing :)
