I’ve been using PastePal for a several months now, and it has completely transformed the way I work on my Mac. The ability to store and access my clipboard history with such ease is a game changer. Whether I’m working on a project, coding, or just managing daily tasks, PastePal ensures that I have quick access to all the snippets, links, and text I’ve copied.The interface is clean and intuitive, making it super easy to use right out of the box. I especially love the iCloud sync feature, which keeps my clipboard history in sync across all my devices. It’s also highly customizable, allowing me to tweak it to perfectly fit my workflow.If you’re someone who does a lot of copy-pasting or needs to keep track of multiple pieces of information throughout the day, this app is a must-have. PastePal is an outstanding app, especially impressive for its ability to monitor the clipboard in the background on iOS. However, I do have a few suggestions that I hope can be implemented soon to further enhance the user experience:1.Optimization of “Copy Stack” Pasting Experience2.Currently, after enabling the Copy Stack, I need to click the on-screen “Paste” button to paste content. I can’t simply use the Cmd V shortcut to sequentially paste items. For scenarios that require efficient and continuous pasting, this greatly reduces the smoothness and efficiency of the operation. I hope this feature can be improved so that users can quickly paste multiple items directly using Cmd V.3.Custom Colors for Clip Types4.Is it possible to add the ability to customize colors for different clip types (similar to the color settings for collections)? This would not only help users manage and distinguish different types of clips more intuitively, but also make the interface more personalized and visually appealing.I sincerely hope that PastePal will continue to improve and bring an even more efficient and convenient experience to its users!

Update: none of my bugs reported years ago were ever fixed, app is a complete glitchy mess on iOS, so frustrating. At least it works well on Mac for the most part. Shortcuts actions would be so powerful if any of them worked at all! Nearly every single one is fully broken. —hope this gets update soon, there’s some really annoying bugs. The monitor clipboard option in keyboard doesn’t work right, and requires turning it off and on to get it to work at all.. Some things like viewing individual images in the keyboard don’t work at all, other features like live activity and adding items to collections from share menu are very buggy. Also has issue with duplicating items and doesn’t have an automatic history cleaner or a way to remove multiple items at once without clearing entire list. BUT it does work well for the most part, and the price is reasonable unlike some others. One of the best features is the Shortcuts actions included. Would be nice if all the features were explained properly though, the documentation is useless.Also would be nice if the background monitor would pop out automatically with one tap like others do, instead have to manually do it. I hope dev keeps improving this app as it is certainly one of the best available, and the only one I’ve purchased after trying all the others!

I've been using PastePal for a couple of years now, and it's become one of my favorite Mac utilities.I hadn't used a clipboard manager before, so at first I stuck to the core feature: Getting at previous clipboard items. But PastePal does a lot more than that. The next level is saving collections of frequently used snippets, links, or images for quick retrieval. Some I only use for reference as a quick lookup tool, and it’s super handy.There are also plenty of settings to customize it to your liking (I prefer it on the left side) and advanced features like text transforms that let you fit it into specific workflows. UPPER_SNAKE_CASE anyone?The developer is also very responsive. I've reported minor issues and submitted feature requests, gotten prompt replies, and even had a suggestion implemented in a matter of weeks!In a world where everything seems to be moving to subscriptions, the one-time purchase is refreshing. I've tried a few other clipboard managers when I wondered whether the grass was greener, but I came right back to PastePal. It does everything I need, and more.
