I purchased a premium HitchSwitch plan thinking the passport photo would be the least of my worries. WRONG. I took my photos on July 6, 2026, and still don’t have them. Passport Now claims to have mailed them “multiple times” but will not confirm to what address nor give me a tracking number. It’s now August 7 and I’m no closer to getting a passport photo than I was a month ago. Trust the negative reviews and stay away from this “service”. I’ve wasted two weeks of my life emailing their customer support to a tepid response, and am going to go get my photos taken the old fashioned way tomorrow.

If you are lucky enough to get your photo then this is a great service. But I’ve been unable to get in touch with support for a couple days now as my photo has not arrived by the expected day. I emailed and still have yet to receive any helpful response. Guess I’m going to CVS to do it again. Waste of money and time.

downloaded the app, took a picture and,answered some questions regarding my US PASSPORT. within 3 day i received the passport form envelopes, instructions, and 2 passport photos. i followed the instructions, affixed my passport photo, and signed the forms. sent them to the state department. boom! i received my passport in 6 weeks.
