My favorite thing about this app is the hands on support from amanda. There are a variety of options available to choose from. You can do one on one training and have the workouts assigned and tailored to you or you can customize it yourself. Either way, Amanda is there every step of the way making sure you’re achieving your goals. This is unlike any other app I’ve ever seen in that the support from the trainer is so hands on. You can’t beat this value. I love how many varieties of workouts there are and the different options too especially in COVID times. I’m super grateful for the abundance of bodyweight workouts but I’m also excited to try the gym workouts when gyms open again. Can’t express enough how grateful I am for the hands on support ♥️♥️ love this app, give it a try!

this app really doesn’t compare to the other ones i’ve tried.. it’s so easy to use and keep up with! the constant motivation and calendar updates from Amanda help keep you accountable. since covid-19 has closed all gyms, i never would have thought i could sweat the way this app has made me sweat from the comfort of my own home! see for yourself 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Variety of workouts to choose from under guided workouts! I LOVE that we are given a challenge every week if we sign up and are assigned weekly workouts that are designed so carefully to target all muscle groups. Also love the video examples so we can all see proper form. :) Highly recommend for all levels.
