The A.R.T. combines the interdisciplinary teamwork of excellent experts in music, psychology, medicine and traditional Chinese medicine with modern medical and neuroscientific knowledge. The positive effects of Audio Resonance Therapy with regard to improved stress management functions and psychological well-being could be shown in a pilot study. As a user of the app you will receive medical background information on coping with stress, improving sleep, reducing anxiety, overcoming exhaustion, finding balance and strengthening concentration.
After finishing the meditations, show us your reactions and comments on the exercises and share them with the A.R.T. community. Use the meditation planner and let yourself be reminded of your exercises in order to optimally integrate the Audio Resonance Therapy into your everyday life.
Use the offline mode (limited to a maximum of 5 exercises simultaneously) to play and use the exercises locally even without a WiFi connection.

Audio Resonance Therapy prices and conditions
You can use the A.R.T. mobile app for some basic exercises and meditations free of charge. For the activation of the complete content we offer a 7-day test phase in which you have unlimited access to all A.R.T. exercises. This test phase automatically turns into a monthly subscription (€5.99/month), if you do not deactivate the automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of this period. In addition, Audio Resonance Therapy offers an annual subscription for €59.99/year (equivalent to €4.99 per month), which also gives you unlimited access to all A.R.T. content and exercises. The subscriptions are renewed automatically, unless you deactivate the automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
These prices apply to customers in the EURO area. Prices in other countries may vary and the actual costs will be converted into your local currency depending on your country of residence.
Payment will be made by using the credit card / payment method associated with your Apple account after you have confirmed the first subscription purchase. You can manage your subscription in your Apple account settings after purchase. Here you can also deactivate the automatic renewal.
The interference-free audio streaming of the A.R.T. sequences requires a sufficient free storage space on your smartphone in addition to a WiFi connection (broadband / 4G / LTE) with a bandwidth of at least 2MB/s,
