Our company confirms that the hearing aids involved in this product will not be listed, sold, or used in other countries or regions outside of the aforementioned regions, except the hearing aids has obtained regulatory clearance to be used in the countries or regions.
I would give it 5 stars, but I’m taking away 2 because of the app. I have consistently inconsistent success when I try to connect my hearing aid to the app to do any adjustments or to check the charge. I work on it away from any other Bluetooth using device (like my Apple Watch); it just won’t connect until I remove the app, reinstall it, and go through the whole hearing test shabang to get it going again. It’s time consuming and I shouldn’t have to do that. It’s irritating. I really like the hearing aid itself!
