This app is so good to use for story creations, I love that you can add music now without being flagged by Instagram for copy rights. I have impresso as well and lift work works better when it comes to music and having better templates but they could be updated a little more just to change it up. Only I thing I like more from impresso that lift doesn’t have is the option to put multiple pics or videos on one scene where on lift it only gives you the option to pick one. Lift also doesn’t give you big selection to different styles of fonts or ways to set it up like impresso. Those add ons would put you at the top but right how I have to switch back and forth between apps depending on what kind of story creation I’m creating for a client.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I really like it features .. but I think it could use some maintenance… First a foremost the app will freeze almost but not everything freezes. When I’m editing a reel i can scroll through the clips I have and I can click the little eye to preview my video but every now and then it won’t let me click to edit a clip or even select a clip but everything else works fine? Really frustrating when trying to edit because, on to my 2nd point.. there’s NO WAY to save my progress , it’s like I have to create the whole reeel right then and if I exit out of the app everything is gone and I have to start over.. therefore I cannot restart the app when it freezes bc I will lose all my progress , this is a really good app in all though and I hope to see improvements soon

I have been using this app for sometime now and I really enjoy using this app for enhancing my creative ability. Whenever you have a road block, Lift really helps brings inspiration to your content. I really like how you can edit and make everything personal. You can also start from scratch if you have something in mind that you want to create. The only thing is you have to pay to get the AI Avatars and the Instagram guide. I’m still on the fence to buy it, but it could be helpful if you really are a beginner. Great app so far 👍🏽

I loved the 3D ads the developed this app runs. I wanted to easily create IG Stories like theirs, as their app clearly suggests you can, so I subscribed. I’m a busy person so the three-day trial went quickly. After spending a couple of hours digging through the app’s features, I couldn’t find anything that would remotely allow you to create graphics like the ones the developers use to promote their app. I headed over to their IG account to see what their posts look like there. None of the posts there are like the ones in the ad. I thought I was looking at the wrong account. But I wasn’t. I asked in one of their posts how to achieve the effects that they are advertising, and someone from the company gleefully replied that those are features that they are still testing! (I have the screenshots for anyone wants to see them.)This is blatant false advertising. Apple should ban those ads until the feature ships or the ad clearly states that the features used to create the ad have not shipped. Buyer beware. Unless you’re willing to invest in an ordinary graphics app until the developers ship the extraordinary features that they are advertising, do not buy this app. I’d give it a 0 rating if I could.Even once they do ship, I will not buy it. They’ve proven themselves unethical and unworthy of my business.

I used to use this all the time before I had to step away for a while and now I have no idea what exactly comes with the subscription vs the free version. Free version is awful! Whatever I’m looking at now has no way to search for anything! I LOVED the graphics like a ringing bell, moving arrows or boxes opening and closing but that’s all gone. I’m assuming that comes with the subscription but who knows for sure. I wish there was a trial so I could see what I was agreeing to and more than anything I wish there was an option to purchase a year subscription for a deal so I’m not getting charges on my statements EVERY SINGLE WEEK! I LOVED this app but it’s changed since I used it and now I just don’t know. Maybe I’ll just stick with Canva…

This app started off great. The text-to-image feature worked well — not perfect, but good enough to help me learn how to use prompts and create quality AI images. I even used some of those images in my content. Then came the text-to-video feature, which worked really well too. It had a few flaws, but I was optimistic and excited about its growth.Then, without warning, that feature disappeared. No explanation. No communication.Now, after returning to see if things have improved, I’m disappointed to find that the app no longer has AI text to image and has actually downgraded to reels and photo editing only.Here’s the issue: I paid for a year-long subscription that included all those original features. Taking them away after purchase is unacceptable. It’s like buying a 75-inch TV and having someone come into your home to replace it with a 55-inch — but you’re still paying for the 75.I don’t usually write long reviews, but this move felt disingenuous, dishonest, and a poor business decision. There are many better, more transparent platforms available.If you’re just starting out, I highly recommend CapCut — it’s free and perfect for beginners. Then, as you grow, move on to Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Filmora.

This app does not offer very much at all and would cost approximately $25 a week. Oh no I’m sorry a month I believe in that is extremely, extremely way too much. I have found others that offer what this one does that are even free. I wouldn’t pay six dollars a month for this one. Possibly $10 a year but if you aren’t making it then no wonder unless I’m missing something. I’m also sorry to leave a bad it because it’s none of my business. I’m a 3 year user of this app and about to jump ship! I’ve had the same problem. Again, tons of work is gone corrupted and unusable. This is my last try with customer service. While the app does amazing things… and makes it possible to design quickly and easily… Their backup cloud, log in and “eye candy” updates make the app completely unreliable as a professional tool. Their cloud and log in access cause glitches that corrupt your documents or crash the app. You cannot rely on having your work protected and backed up. It’s is a good design tool but has really bad reliability and customer service. Because of this I now look at Lift as a just TikTok toy not a professional design tool.

I paid for this app but can’t access my plan. The app continues to open asking me to sign up for a trial. The two times the app prompted me for my password the loading icon started to spin but never quit. I have tried reloading, shutting off my iPad. My payment was accepted, I was charged for a full year, as requested, but now I can’t use the app. I have contacted customer service. If I don’t hear back I’ll cancel through my credit card. Major pain, time waster so far. Fingers crossed. If this is fixed I’ll write another review.

I loved what I saw in the reviews and got the 3 day free trial. However, as one of the other reviews stated as a very busy person I completely forgot about the trial and was charged. For 3 days I was unaware of what exactly I was charged for and did some digging until I remembered. Not once did I use it and honestly don’t think I ever will so I tried to obtain a refund but man do they make it completely impossible to get one. For those who have read their policy, it gives you so many hoops to jump through just to obtain that! I guess I’ll that that $20 loss but wanted to warn anyone to not forget to cancel that trial! And yes I did cancel my account to make sure I will not be charged again!
