Credit card is a scam, doesn’t support international transfers

Feels like this bank is just a scam organized around forcing you to use high interest credit cards and making it intentionally difficult to understand how much you owe and get the balance to zero. All your spendings go to your credit card by default when I want it to deduct from the account. You have to set up a rule to auto pay the balance, but it’s intentionally not made clear at what date you should do so, nor the difference between statement balance and outstanding balance. I just paid all the balance and somehow ended with 62 of debt. So I paid the 62… and ended with 5 of debt. Fairly confusing. And I’m a finance grad so if it’s fair to say the issue come from their UX. And no intentional transfers… Will close my account.Edit: I can’t even get my money out easily. Only 25% of transfers go through. I keep on getting different error messages.

Latest version:— A basic feature such as searching transactions is not implemented— You cannot pay bills by FPS— Online payment verification is broken and works 1 out of 5 times. Other 4 times Mox verification popup never goes away and “I already approved” button does nothing. This happens with well-known online shops and airlines as well, and they still work well with other cards, so clearly Mox pushed to production untested and broken implementation.
