Originally, I had only one issue with this app in that I couldn’t connect my device via WiFi. Now, I have to be very close in proximity to the device to connect it via Bluetooth. Since it’s installed in my utility room that’s quite inconvenient. Additionally, when I go to edit the schedule lately it keeps giving me an error message about entering the pause time even though all the pause times are entered for the scheduled I have toggled on. Anytime I try to set a schedule for more than one day at a time it causes this issue, but I have also received this error when trying to edit just one day’s schedule.

So when opening the package and reading instructions it’s hard to understand. Not clear. There is no account number, and if there is I don’t know what it is. I did however figure out how to use it. The instructions say to enter a password. I made it up 1111 then I hit the last button and it beeps. It makes you renter and it beeps again. Now hit the last button to your right again and it will go to programs. You have to use the arrows to move it around. For example I hit the right arrow it goes to program if I hit it again it goes to spraying. The first is w I think that is how long you want it to spray. Ex. 30 sec each time. The second is how much do you want it to go off. I have mine set for 30 sec going off every 200 sec. it’s all in seconds. Now for the app i downloaded the app then I turned on my Bluetooth and it connected. This is the only way I know how to use it. Now you can set all your programs, which I think there are 5. If you want program 2 you will have to set it up on the app and then on the machine, which is a pain in the rear. I just keep program 1 and then change it as often as I want editing program 1. I hope this helps someone.

Seriously, one of the worst apps I have ever seen. Cannot even believe that reputable companies use this app. Never works properly. Loses it’s a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection consistently. Forget my devices. There’s absolutely no information as far as FAQs or help anywhere on the app. This has gotta be the worst thing I’ve ever seen and unfortunately my aroma devices use this app for control.

Have this application on several diffusers and connects very fast on Bluetooth. It’s very easy to set up and the options for set up are great., it just takes a little time to figure out what’s the best setting for your specific needs , once you figure it out it’s perfect. It all depends on the diffuser you have and the area you want to scent , but It’s a GREAT APPLICATION.
