MyLife Fitness app – Connect met MyLife! Je wilt je tijd in de sportschool maximaal benutten. En natuurlijk maximale resultaten behalen. De MyLife Fitness helpt jou hierbij. Stel, je hebt als trainingsdoelen afvallen, je conditie verbeteren of gewoonweg fit worden en blijven, dan bereik je deze doelen het snelst met een persoonlijk sportprogramma. Zo’n programma maakt jouw MyCoach samen met jou in jouw persoonlijke MyLife Fitness app. Al deze doelen en bijbehorende fitnessprogramma’s worden vervolgens ingesteld en via de MyLife Fitness app naar de toestellen gestuurd. Dit werkt supersimpel: alle apparatuur wordt door de app automatisch op jouw niveau ingesteld. Zo kun je snel aan de slag! Ook jouw trainingsprogramma en -resultaten zijn voor jou en jouw MyCoach in de app zichtbaar. Zowel op de apparatuur in de club, maar ook thuis op de pc, tablet of smartphone. Je ziet hoe vaak je hebt gesport, hoeveel calorieën je hebt verbrand, hoeveel kilometer je hebt gelopen, et cetera. En maak je gebruik van een stappenteller, activity tracker, smart watch, of apps als Strava? Dan worden ook deze resultaten in de MyLife Fitness app meegenomen. Tot slot kan je in de app alle groepslessen en small group workouts boeken en nieuws over jouw club inzien. De MyLife Fitness app: jouw sleutel tot een gezonde levensstijl bij MyLife. Registreren van je moves gaat met de nieuwe MyLife health club steeds makkelijker: koppel hem aan andere services zoals Apple Health, Strava, Runkeeper of Myfitnesspal. Of gebruik de app zelf als activity tracker.
