The biggest update the app has had. Rebuilt from the ground up, and it now shares the screen with anything else you fly with.
SPLIT VIEW AND STAGE MANAGER
Keep the checklist beside the OFP, the charts or the company app. Drag the divider and every page rearranges itself to the space it has instead of clipping. Portrait works too.
A NEW CHRONO ON THE MAIN PAGE
UTC, your departure time and time to go in a flight-deck face. Tap the middle window and the departure time follows the wheel as you roll it. Roll the crown beside the clock and the departure moves five minutes a notch. The frame round the clock drains through the last hour to departure.
YOUR CALLSIGN ON EVERY PAGE
Type the flight's callsign on the main page and it shows in the corner of every other page. Cleared by RESET, and gone when the app closes.
SET YOUR OWN ALERTS AND TIMINGS
Move any reporting time or countdown, switch one off, choose the chime, or add a reminder of your own. STD alerts arrive as a memo across the page and reach the lock screen when the iPad is face down. An alert the lock screen has already chimed for is shown, not rung again, when you come back to the app.
MAKE IT SAY WHAT YOU SAY
Press and hold any checklist line on PRE-FLT, CRZ or APP and write your own words. Write and edit your own PAs and keep them beside the standard ones. Add an aircraft of your own, or correct one. Nothing you enter is overwritten by an update.
FLIGHT TIME LIMITATIONS
Rebuilt for flight crew and cabin crew: standby, in-flight rest, split duty and the long-range variations, with the latest end of duty as a clock time across the top of the page. Enter times in local or UTC. What you enter stays on the page while you move around the app.
CARGO COMPARTMENTS
The hold diagram can be read in container numbering or pallet numbering, the way the loadsheet names the positions, on the CARGO window and on the LOADING page. The Emergency Response Guide, special loads, segregation and dangerous goods in bulk are searchable and sharp at any zoom.
GLOBAL REPORTING FORMAT AND SNOWTAM
Paste the SNOWTAM and it is decoded, the runway drawn as three thirds, with the performance basis and the crosswind limits. SNOWTAM (RU) with the MOTNE runway state decoded in one card.
HOLDOVER TIME decoder and calculator
Paste the report or write down the precipitation/snowfall and get quickly the Holdover times, expiry, tables and rules to apply. it was never that easy
